About this blog

This blog is entirely made in IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 7, XHTML 1.0 Strict, Semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript/Ajax. A big thanks to EMD for allowing me to blog using this (their) domain. Also a big thanks to the collegues who help and support me.

My intention is to share the insights I gained building Rich Internet Applications with Domino for over 10 years. I also hope this blog will evolve into a platform where Notes/Domino developers can exchange their findings and techniques on programming Domino Web applications. I named my blog "Domino 2.0" merely because nowadays it looks very smart to put 2.0 behind things. A blog is a daily journal, so expect new posts from me more or less every day. I am not a native English speaker, so pardon my occasional mistakes.

This blog is dedicated exclusively to programming and coding techniques for the Internet using Lotus Notes/Domino. So it's main target audience is Notes developers who make Internet applications using Semantic HTML, CSS, Ajax, SEO, usability and Web 2.0 patterns.

Being a Web developer, I will restrain myself from coding issues for the Notes Client. There will be no posts about my private life whatsoever (except this page), only tech stuff. So enjoy the blog, and I am looking forward to your comments. Just one thing: before you try at home to use the techniques I discribe in my posts, please read my Legal disclaimer.
